I have always looked forward to spring and for so many people this is the best time of the year. I am biased as I was born during the first week of spring in Australia. I absolutely love seeing the blossom as they make their way onto the branches. It is such a special gift nature gives us, reminding us that spring is in the air.
Spring is a time of renewal, the weather becomes warmer, we start going for longer walks and planning for our Summer. Spring reminds us that life continually renews itself, that each day is a beginning and that beautiful things can still grow from the ground of our being.
KI IMMUNE DEFENCE FORTE
Getting prepared for spring begins with supporting your immunity with key herbs and prebiotics. Ki Immune Defence Forte is the starting point to support general health and wellbeing for Spring. Astragalus helps promote healthy immune system function whilst Shiitake and Reishi mushroom are a source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to promote immunity. Mushrooms have prebiotic properties that help provide bacteria in your gut support for a healthy gastrointestinal immune function. Especially at this time of the year when we need to be extra vigilant to keep our immunity powered up which assists symptoms associated with hayfever too. How good is it to know that your hayfever can be taken care of by boosting your immunity?
ALLERGY RELIEF SPRAY
A number of years ago I formulated Allergy Relief which is a blend of naturally derived remedies along with 2 Tissue Salts (Ferr Phos and Kali Sulph) traditionally used in homeopathy and tissue salt therapy to support symptoms associated with hayfever and allergies. Whether you are experiencing sneezing, nasal discharge, burning eyes, watery eyes, itchy eyes and itchy skin, this product may help. Create your hayfever regime knowing that what you start today will have an impact on your health tomorrow.
The biggest spring allergy trigger is pollen. Trees, grasses, and weeds release these tiny grains into the air to fertilize other plants. When they get into the nose of someone who’s allergic, they send the body’s defences haywire.
Building a strong immunity will allow you to enjoy the springtime and the allergens won’t affect you in the same way as someone with a poor immunity.
Did you know that the body is not able to make its own Vitamin C? It is therefore important to include plenty of Vitamin C rich foods in your daily diet. I have noticed since 2020 more people are also adding a Vitamin C supplement to their daily regime to enjoy a boosted immunity. Add Ener-C to your regime to maintain Vitamin C levels in the body and support immune system health.
Enjoy the best time of the year, Susan!
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. These medicines may not be right for you. Read the label before purchase. Vitamins and minerals should not replace a balanced diet.
