Directions for use: Place 4 drops on the tongue, or add 4 drops to water & sip at intervals. Repeat as necessary.

Great memory and energy booster
Another fantastic product from Mary Ruth. I am quickly approaching 50, and I am more forgetful than ever. Within a two-week time, Noticed an improvement in my memory and focus. However, the biggest noticeable difference is in my overall energy level. I am not having to supplement my lifestyle with cup after cup of coffee, and I have been able to wean myself off dangerous levels of caffeine. I highly recommend this product!

Mental clarity works instantly
I have ADHD and have been diagnosed since 6th grade… I’m 27 and have been on/off ADHD medication and have found that I experienced more fatigue, mood swings, no mental clarity, feeling “jitters”, mind racing, and sleeping issues. As a health care worker and a holistic route type of individual, I knew my body was thrown off inside. Found this product by scrolling one day, reading the reviews and after 2 weeks I’ve noticed a dramatic difference in mental clarity, focus, and stamina! Without the jitters. Works great!
I really love this product. I’ve already noticed a difference after taking it for a few days. I have ADHD and am currently unmedicated, so this product is right up my alley. The taste isn’t too bad, worth it for the herbal support it provides me for my focus issues. Definitely helps me keep my focus as a mom of 2 trying to work at home during a pandemic.
