I love this product. Previously when I had a restless legs attack the only thing that gave me any relief was an extra dose of magnesium, electrolytes, walking and stretching and then finally needing to take enough paracetamols or ibuprofens to knock me out so I could sleep. Now all I need is this spray for relief and peace of mind knowing there are no nasty side effects and I won’t wake feeling exhausted.

This is ace! My sister introduced this product to me. She’s a nurse in Brisbane. Suffers with restless legs the same as me. I’m in UK. Spray under tongue 4 squirts. In 20 mins all the raging nervy twitchy feelings go in legs. But if it’s a bad attack I may need another 4 squirts half an hour later. I use most nights, so my main problem is the expense of shipping on top of purchase price!
