Ainsworths Oak Bach Flower is recommended for over-achieving & over-persevering. The positive potential of the flower includes achieving without strain. Ainsworths guarantee that this essence is hand made in strict accordance with the methods of Dr Bach in a 1:240 “stock” strength.

Ingredients – Brandy, flower essence. Alcohol 40% by volume.

Directions of use – Place 4 drops in a glass of water if used singly, or for a combination remedy use 2 drops of each. Sip occasionally throughout the day as required.

Shocked!
After a lot of emotional scarring and disturbance I really needed something remove my fatigue and help me become more alert and less down emotionally and I am so amazed at how this has worked. I can’t thank this product enough, it has definitely revitalised me and revived me. I managed to finally get some actual work done and not just hang about. I really want to try olive next as I have been very ill, thus, feel that will help me get back into shape physically.

BACH REMEDIES HELP ME. THIS ONE IS NO EXCEPTION.
I am conflicted about Bach Remedies. There is no reason that they should work, but they do seem to help me. Maybe it’s placebic or meditative. I don’t know. Anywho… I was feeling overwhelmed or something and this helped. It did! I also use Rescue Remedy.
