I have been involved in promoting natural medicine for more than 30 years now and there isn’t a day that goes by that I am uplifted by the decision I made all those years ago to embrace natural medicine and in the last 5 years when I moved to replacing all my skincare, body care, supplements and home care to being plant based and nothing synthetic as so many vitamins and minerals are made in labs to mimic natural medicine. Moving to 100% plant based has uplifted my skin, hair, vitality and immunity to another level.

I am so very grateful to have been introduced to plant based supplements as they have taken me on a journey of internal recovery and vitality.
