Ainsworths Recovery Remedy comprises of Dr Bach’s original Rescue Formula (Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose & Star of Bethleham). This 5 flower formula has been traditionally used to relieve symptoms of stress & mild anxiety, and promote feelings of inner calm & serenity. Ainsworths guarantee that this formula is hand made in strict accordance with the methods of Dr Bach in a 1:240 “stock” strength.
Ingredients – Recovery Remedy: Brandy, flower essence of Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose, Star of Bethleham, Alcohol 40% by volume.
Directions of use – Place 4 drops in a glass of water if used singly, or for a combination remedy use 2 drops of each. Sip occasionally throughout the day as required.
