Ener-C is an effervescent multivitamin drink mix in convenient dose sachets. Enjoy delicious orange flavoured Ener-C sachets to assist with hydration and help support energy production and immune function.
Ener-C contains natural fruit juice powders and is free from artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners. Ener-C is suitable for adults, vegans and vegetarians, travellers and those wanting a natural energy boost or hydration. Ener-C is free from gluten, dairy and lactose.
WARNING – When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents – Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant – or considering becoming pregnant – do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
Directions: Take 1 sachet daily, empty contents into a glass. Add 125-175 mL of water and drink; or take as directed by your health care professional.

Ener C tablets are my favorite way to bring electrolytes with me. I would be lying if I said they were for any kind of sports use. I use them when traveling and/or before/after drinking too much alcohol to make sure I’m not suffering – and they do the job! I like almost all the flavors I’ve had so far!

I’ve been using E-Ner C Orange for years now as a drink supplement while biking and usually to good effect. That said, I’ve found that on some occasions while drinking. This is after more than 20 minutes of dropping the tablet into my water bottle. Pretty nasty.

My family took a trip to Thailand this summer – wow! It was like walking through fire it was so hot. The best way to keep those electrolytes in check is Ener-C Orange. Truly, helped in such a big way! Also, the flavors were pretty good – took a little getting used to, but definitely better than a Gatorade, or plain water.

I love these! I tend to get headaches in the afternoons. I thought it was dehydration but even I drink a ton of water I still feel thirsty and get headaches. I started having one of these around 2 pm and have not gotten any headaches.
The flavors are light and refreshing. My favorite is orange.
I do enjoy these so much that I will do the Subscribe and Save option the next time I order if that’s an option.
