Customer Service / Sales Support.

Martin and Pleasance is a natural medicine company, based in Port Melbourne Victoria, dedicated to quality, innovation and integrity. Our products are seen in pharmacies and health food stores throughout Australia and New Zealand. We also export to the UK, Canada and Asia. Under our umbrella are well known brands such as Rest & Quiet, Harmony, Schuessler tissue salts, and Vital.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years in a product related customer service role. They must be able to demonstrate their problem solving ability. They will have excellent communication skills both with the M&P customer but also with internal stakeholders. It will suit an individual who is task orientated but also enjoys multiplicity of tasks. It is an environment where interruption is the norm. Initiative and taking responsibility is applauded. zyou must be a team player.

Reporting to the C.O.O. responsibilities will include:

  • providing dedicated customer service from order – to – delivery of all customer orders
  • high volume processing of customer orders via phone, email and fax
  • provide product availability and delivery information
  • maintain a high level of communication with customers, sales staff, supply and warehousing
  • follow up on all queries and delivery issues in a timely manner
  • answer customer queries
  • adherence to multiple daily deadlines
  • developed sales skills
  • computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
  • organising stock returns, credits and the redirection of stock
  • applicants who have had exposure to SAP B1 is an advantage but not essential
