Professional Ironwoman & Ocean Swimmer, Exercise Physiologist & Pilates Instructor. Harriet is a professional ironman & ocean swimmer, currently competing in the Nutri-Grain Ironwoman Series, she has won numerous medals at the Australian Surf Life Saving Title and the Pier to Pub ocean swim on three separate occasions. As well as these sporting achievements she has also completed a Bachelor Exercise Science at Bond University and is an accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia and also teaches Pilates. Harriet is passionate about maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, and emphasises the importance of incorporating exercise in to everyday life. She has vast experience in managing chronic diseases with exercise, and also directs her skills towards exercise rehabilitation prescription for injury management and prevention.
