How do I place an order?

What are the freight options and charges (ex GST)?
Victoria:
- Post: $6.00
- Express Post: $10.00
- Star Track: $6.00
All other states (ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, WA):
- Post: $10.00
- Express Post: $10.00
- Star Track: $10.00
Please note:
- An Authority to Leave is required for Star Track orders.
- Star Track is not available to PO Boxes.
When is freight free?
Orders over $180.00 (ex GST) are shipped freight free (not applicable to overseas orders).
What is the turnaround time for orders?
- Small orders (less than 6 remedies): 1–2 business days
- Medium orders (10–25 remedies): 3–5 business days
- Large orders: Longer turnaround times
Note: Liquid remedies are generally faster to prepare than pills. Simplex remedies are quicker than complex remedies.
Can the lab fulfill client prescriptions?
Yes, we are happy to fulfill client prescriptions. Please email scripts to: lab@mandp.com.au.
We can supply remedies in:
- Liquid form (20% alcohol)
- Pills (sucrose)
These are charged at retail prices. You can also request a client script form to fill in client and remedy details.
