You can ask us to delete your Martin & Pleasance customer account, and the personal information linked to it, at any time. This applies to accounts created on martinandpleasance.com and in the Martin & Pleasance Wellness app.
How to ask for deletion
- Email customerservice@mandp.com.au from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". You can also use our contact form.
- We'll confirm your request, delete your account within 30 days and let you know by email when it's done.
What we delete
- Your customer account and sign-in details
- Your saved addresses and wishlist
- Your email and SMS marketing subscriptions
What we keep
- Records of past orders and payments, which Australian tax law requires us to keep for 5 years. We delete them after that.
- Product reviews you have published. If you'd like them removed too, say so in your email.
Only want to stop our emails? Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. You don't need to delete your account.
