Directions For Use

Dissolve or mix 2 heaped tablespoons (25g) into 200ml of water, milk (non dairy is suggested), yoghurt, or natural juice of your choice.
Consume 1-2 times per day depending on how much protein is advised to have in your diet. Always consult with a healthcare practitioner as individual needs may vary.

    This is my favorite protein powder. Vanilla flavor is subtle, formula is very digestible and the perfect base for a shake.

    I love that this is not a whey protein, being dairy intolerant.

    Used almost every day, a staple pantry supply.

    Comprehensive amino acid profile.

    Tastes great blended in green smoothies and also on its own, using oat, almond or coconut milks.

    Is also very nice just mixed with yoghurt, adding it to my favourite organic vanilla yoghurt for the extra vanilla kick is my favourite quick snack, topped with a few fresh berries.
