My tips for reducing inflammation this Summer 

  1. Reduce sugar intake
  2. Find movement that you enjoy – even a 10 minute walk is a start

  5. Keep a daily journal adding in what you ate and 5 things you are grateful for daily
  6. Don’t focus on your pain
