Harmony Balance is a natural multi herb formula to help balance hormones during premenstrual cycle.
Ingredients

Each Tablet contains extract equivalent to the dried herbs: Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree): 175mg, Angelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai): 2g, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony): 2g, Bupleurum falcatum root: 1g.

Also including naturally derived excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Cellulose – microcrystalline, Croscarmellose sodium, Hypromellose, Silica – colloidal anhydrous, Magnesium stearate, Chlorophyllin – copper complex, Carnauba wax. Tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029. Vitamin D3 150IU (Cholecalciferol): 3.75ug Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine hydrochloride): 25mg
Directions For Use

Starting dose: 2-3 tablets per day, continuously for 2 3 months.

Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets per day, ongoing.

Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.
Warning

If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanaced diet.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitione as soon as possible (contains Vitamin B6)

Discontinue use if you develop sensitivity to the formula. Not recommended during pregnancy unless professionally prescribed. Do not use is blister seal is broken. Store below 30 degrees celcius. Keep out of reach of children

    Hypothalamic amenorrhea recovery!

    This product works! I have hypothalamic amenorrhea and I started taking the PMS support womens balance around a month ago. My period came today for the first time in around a year! I'm so shocked at how quickly it has come back with no change to my lifestyle.

    Just Starting

    I am only on my third sheet of tablets but have already noticed a differemce in sleep, PMS reduction and possibly energy.

    I will write another review after a full box and full menstral cycle.

    Great Great Great

    I was so suspicious first but it really worked. No horrible cystic acnes this time. it cleared my skin to better and lighter (I also used the company's tree oil cream before sleep). My mood remained nice and cool and I felt energetic whole month. and it didn't play with my period at all. Less cramps and pain.. it's really recommended from an authentic user. I just give a try and I'm so happy now.

What is the best time of the day to take my Harmony PMS Support tablets?

First thing in the morning on an empty stomach is ideal, however you may take the tablets any time of the day. If you are on 3 tablets per day, then it’s best to take two tablets in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast and one tablet 30 minutes before dinner. Harmony Balance is best taken away from meals (but not essential) with warm water or juice (easier to digest) and on an empty stomach. Any concentrated herbs consumed on a weak or empty stomach can cause a slight uncomfortable feeling in certain individuals. In this case, simply take directly after meals.
Anything to consider before taking Harmony PMS Support?

If you have any medical conditions or are taking any prescription medications, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use as this product may interact with some prescriptions medications. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
Are there any concerns with taking Harmony PMS Support and the oral contraceptive pill?
