Each tablet contains herbal extracts standardised equiv. to dry:

Astragalus membranaceus root (Rhina-MP) (Standardised to NLT 40% polysaccharides) 5 g
Grifola frondosa, fruiting body (Maitake mushroom) (Standardised to NLT 40% polysaccharides) 210 mg

 

Herbal extracts equiv. to dry:

Lentinula edodes, mushroom (Shiitake mushroom) 3 g
Olea europaea, leaf (Olive leaf ) 2 g

 

Mineral:

Zinc amino acid chelate 35 mg (equivalent to Zinc 7 mg)
Directions For Use

Adult dose: Take 1 tablet once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or one hour after meals.

    Does increase your energy! I was feeling low in energy and morale after a stressful time and felt that I needed some extra support or I'd end up getting sick. The first Ki tablet I took kicked in about 1-2 hours after I took it and I felt a physical 'lift' which also affected my emotional state. This really surprised me but I haven't looked back since. I did find that, in my case, taking a second tablet in the afternoon kept me perky well into the wee hours so I'd recommend taking your last tablet, if you decide to take two, before lunchtime. I only take one and I find this works fine for me.

    Ki is a brilliant product. I suffer from and auto immune condition and I take these tablets every day and sometimes twice a day if I feel something coming on or feel like I need an energy boost. I have not had a cold in over 4 years and I believe my healthy diet and this product have contributed to this

    I use it leading up to winter, and throughout winter. If I feel sickness coming on, I take an additional tablet before going to bed. I've been overseas, where cold/flu went through the coach tour, and I've managed to keep it at bay & enjoy my holiday. I love this product, can't recommend it more highly.
