Ener-C SPORT is an electrolyte drink mix to replenish essential minerals lost through sweat and refuel your active lifestyle. It restores and supports the body’s electrolytes, helps enhance the body’s energy reserves, and contains minerals to support muscle function. Ener-C SPORT is suitable for pre and post work out.

Ener-C SPORT is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and is free from gluten, dairy, and lactose.

Ingredients:

Each sachet (3.43g) contains:
Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate, zinc ascorbate)	250mg
Calcium (calcium ascorbate, calcium citrate)	50mg
Magnesium (magnesium citrate)	50mg
Zinc (zinc ascorbate)	5mg
Selenium (sodium selenite)	5mcg
Chromium (chromium picolinate)	20mcg
Chloride (potassium chloride, sodium chloride)	293mg
Sodium (sodium chloride)	125mg
Potassium (potassium chloride)	110mg
Citric Acid (citric acid monohydrate)	580mg
Glucose (glucose monohydrate)	800mg

Directions: Dissolve contents of one sachet into 500mL of water and drink.

Warnings: Always read the label. Follow directions for use. For adults only. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not exceed two sachets daily. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains 110mg of potassium. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Contains glucose. Keep out of reach of children.

Great for post workouts and hangovers
Been using this mix religiously since finding out about it… can’t recommend this enough! Much better than those other energy drinks which are full of sugars and colours.

Amazing
No words but amazing. So great post trails and love the fact it isn’t too sweet. The flavour is perfect. I even have been using this for these hot summer days we have been having to rehydrate!

I was unable to purchase the Electrolytes i usually use, however this product was just as good if not better.
