Harmony® PMS is a combination of 4 vital herbs traditionally used to relieve the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and to help regulate the menstrual cycle.

Dosage:	Adult: Starting dose: 2-3 tablets per day, continously for 2-3 months Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets per day. Or take directed by your healthcare practitoner.
Directions:	Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals. Discontinue use if pregnancy occurs or you develop sensitivity to the formula.
