1½ bananas (frozen)
1½ cups oat milk
1 tbsp of yoghurt
3 teaspoons cacao powder
1 teaspoon of Vital Kids
2 teaspoons of a nut spread (we used ABC, you could use peanut butter)
2 teaspoons of honey/rice malt syrup (or to taste)
Place all the ingredients into your blender.
Blend for 1 – 2 minutes or until you are happy with the smoothie consistency.
