A. It’s always best to discuss concerns with medications with your healthcare professional. Zen Tablets contain Ginger a herb traditionally used to support digestion and the health of the lining of the gastrointestinal tract. Research with both Boswellia and Ginger has shown anti-inflammatory actions and the relief of pain associated with arthritis.

Q. How long can I take Zen tablets for?
A. Zen tablets can be taken as needed for the relief of symptoms. Generally 2-3 tablets per day is the best starting dose. Zen has also been formulated for longer term nourishment as well as enhancement of circulation, which may support your whole system whilst your joints and muscle are undergoing repair and healing. Many people choose to take an ongoing maintenance dose of 1-2 tablets per day, even after their pain and inflammation has subsided.
