Harmony PMS contains Vitex agnus-castus fruit, clinically shown to reduce the severity of PMS Symptoms including headaches, breast tenderness, anger, irritability and mood swings.*
Harmony PMS is blended with Angelica polymorpha and Paeonia lactiflora, both tonic herbs traditionally used to help with pain relief and to provide nourishment to build reserves of energy. Bupleurum falcatum is added to this formula as a key herb traditionally use to help relieve irritability and mild anxiety.
Harmony® PMS has been formulated with herbs used for relief of PMS symptoms however ongoing use is encouraged to build health and wellbeing.
