I use ZEN Liniment and feel the effects straight away, how long will it take for the ZEN Tablets to work?
This varies depending on the individual. ZEN Tablets are formulated at high potency for the most effective results. Most people report relief from pain and inflammation in 3-14 days, however with some it may take a little longer.
Over what length of time and how often can I take ZEN Joint and Muscle Relief?
ZEN Liniment can be used directly to your site of pain, bruising or injury. You can apply to effected area up to 4 times a day.
ZEN Tablets can also be taken as needed for the relief of symptoms. Generally 2-3 Tablets per day is the best starting dose. ZEN Tablets have been formulated for longer term use to help nourish joints and muscles and enhance circulation; this supports your whole system whilst you repair and heal. Many people choose to take an ongoing maintenance dose of 1-2 Tablets per day, even after their pain and inflammation has subsided.
Are ZEN tablets suitable if I have had side effects with medication like non steroidal anti inflammatorys?
Zen Tablets have no known side effects, and indeed Ginger, one of the herbs in ZEN, traditionally has been used to support digestion and the health of the lining of the gastro intestinal tract. Research with both Boswellia and Ginger has shown anti inflammatory action and the relief of pain associated with arthritis without causing side effects.
Can I use Zen products during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Generally the use of herbs in pregnancy requires advice from a Health Care Professional. We recommended that if you are pregnancy or breastfeeding that you consult your practitioner before commencing either topical or internal herbal medicines.
Does Zen interact with any other medications?
There are no known drug interactions with Zen. The herb Dong Quai (Angelica) has been shown to have a beneficial effect on the circulation therefore we recommend
“CAUTION” when on anti-coagulant medications.

Can you take Zen with supplements like glucosamine/chondroiton or MSM?
It is considered safe to take Zen herbal medicine with natural supplements. However, Zen tablets have a broad action and are formulated to use for both specific pain relief and longer term nourishment & healing.
Is Zen suitable for animals?
We do not recommend the use of this product on animals.
Can I use Zen Liniment on broken or irritated skin?
No, it is not recommended, due to the alcohol being a possible irritant.
